  Suburban installed central AC throughout my old 2 family house in 2013 and ever since, we've had cool and comfortable summers with trouble-free equipment. The price was competitive -- especially given the quality of the equipment and the install -- and it has proved to be an excellent investment.
  
  Zones on the AC system for the larger 2-story apartment work flawlessly, leveling out what used to be huge temperature differences between the two floors. The equipment is quiet, indoors & outside. On Suburban's advice, the equipment provided includes a dehumidification feature that is awesome on days where the humidity is like living in a steam bath.
  
  Suburban's people were focused and knowledgable and communicative. They located the equipment so that it doesn’t interfere with living and storage space. They were invariably patient and responsive to questions and concerns, accommodating requests for positioning of registers inside, condensers outside, etc wherever possible and good about explaining why when it wasn't. They coordinated nicely with carpenters who put protective enclosures around ductwork they hid inside a closet to run from floor to floor.
  
  Good equipment, good people, good install. There were inevitably a couple of glitches along the way -- that's the nature of any major home improvement project. But I'd hire them again in a flash.
  
  At the end of the job, Suburban registered the equipment for me with the manufacturer, provided manuals documenting the system in detail and completed all the forms I needed to qualify for some hefty rebates.
